How do you initialize tooltips and popovers in Bootstrap 5?

document.querySelectorAll('[data-bs-toggle="tooltip"]').forEach(el => new bootstrap.Tooltip(el));
document.querySelectorAll('[data-bs-toggle="popover"]').forEach(el => new bootstrap.Popover(el));

They do not start by themselves because of performance. Put this script after the Bootstrap JS file. See Tooltips and Popovers.
