What is the difference between remove(), empty() and detach() in jQuery?
| Method | Result |
|---|---|
.remove() | The element is deleted, with its data and events |
.empty() | The children are deleted, the element stays |
.detach() | The element is removed, but data and events are kept, so you can add it back |
